I offer clients the opportunity to receive automatic email of homes as they hit the market.
Benefits of this service include:
- Instant notification of properties as soon as they are listed for sale. The 'lag time' for new properties to appear on internet web sites and search engines is about 2 -10 days. Often prime properties are under contract by the time the general public finds out about them. Avoid this delay by receiving an automatic email as soon as the property is listed for sale.
- No more wasting time surfing the internet for homes - or even worse, driving around looking at properties. No more sifting through properties that don't suit your needs. Once I have input your criteria, only properties that fit these criteria will be sent to you.
- Shop for a home at your convenience. This service is available for your viewing 24 hours a day.
- Save, delete, comment about, ... properties and then go back later and look at your leisure.
- Map properties as you view them.
- View additional photos. All photos available through the MLS system are available for you to view.
- You let me know when you are ready. I won't bug you. When you see a property you are interested in viewing, there is a place to send me an email letting me know you want to see it.
- Take your time. This system helps you get a good idea of available properties that meet your needs. Then when the ideal home becomes available, you'll know it because you've done some homework.

- How long until you want to be in your new home
- Do you have a current home that must be sold before you can buy?
- Your name and email address
The more precise the criteria, the fewer properties will be available. With a broad range, you'll get an email almost every day. With a narrow range, you may only find a possible property once a month.
